Your tasks:
- Optimum cost-effective compilation of HGV tours in line with the orders and specifications of the customers as well as the provision of the tours for the drivers.
- Preparation of all required freight documents (delivery notes, loading lists, CMR, etc.)
- Preparing the weekly schedules of our drivers, taking driving times and rest periods into account.
- You are in constant contact with the drivers, the scheduling management, the vehicle preparation unit and the sales staff and ensure that information is exchanged with customers and recipients on a daily basis
- Creating and processing internal orders for vehicle preparation
- Coordinating special transports
- Damage management of the project vehicles and the company's own vehicle fleet
- Fleet management (cars/HGVs) - vehicle allocation and deallocation as well as coordination of vehicle deliveries, repairs, inspections, TÜV, SP, etc.
- Contact person for dealer enquiries at home and abroad as part of the entire outsourcing process for used cars
What you bring with you
- Completed at least commercial vocational training in the automotive industry or forwarding and logistics sector
- Professional experience & existing network in the field of disposition (car dealership), vehicle logistics or comparable knowledge
- Good understanding of commercial and technical contexts
- Thinking and acting in a way that spans different areas as well as active collaboration in a team
- Independent and target-oriented, structured work style, confident appearance & strong communication skills, even when under time constraints
- Confident use of communication technologies (MS Office)
- Business fluent in English, preferably also in other languages such as Spanish, Italian or French
- Class B driving license necessary
- Readiness to travel on business at home and abroad, intercultural competence and flexibility

- Loading and unloading of the transporters

What you bring with you:
- Driving license class CE with key number 95 and driver card
- Experience as a driver nationally and internationally (preferably in vehicle transport)
- Technical understanding
