Now available at JB CarConcept, the new VW ID.BUZZ.

Barely on the market, the new ID.BUZZ is already affectionately referred to as the "Electric Bulli" - in reference to the legendary T1 from the VW Group. VW promises a "new level of spaciousness".

We were most struck by the appealing design: simple box shape, with large windows and eye-catching visual accent thanks to the 2-colour paintwork. The impression continues on the inside: design and functionality familiar from the ID.3, ID.4 and ID.5 are skillfully combined with the exterior color.

Practical utility value

Transport space with partitioned, length-sliding rear bench seat for very flexible use; level load compartment floor separates small parts from large-volume cargo and ensures easy loading.

A turning circle of just over 11 meters makes it very easy to maneuver. With up to 170 kW charging capacity (quick charging station), the ID.BUZZ currently holds the top position among the electric models in the VW Group.

The ID.BUZZ is also available in a cargo version for professional use in the service and trade sectors.

VW has announced a version with a longer wheelbase, third row of seats and a larger battery for the near future.

Soon "Icon of Electric Mobility"?

Even though the new ID.BUZZ had not yet been delivered to the dealers, more than 10,000 orders had been placed by the end of August 2022, according to the ADAC. Many fans of the original Bulli are said to be among them. Tests, comparative drives and user surveys are the best way to find out whether such high demand is justified.
